100% 친환경, 제로 웨이스트를 실천한 SK매직 웰컴키트는 레드닷 2022 위너로 선정되었습니다.
웰컴키트는 신입사원에게 사회적 가치를 추구하는 기업의 일원이라는 자부심을 불러일으키도록 기획되었습니다. 웰컴키트는 기업의 5개의 핵심 가치가 담긴 5개의 구성품 그리고 회사 생활에 필요한 3가지의 스테이셔너리로 구성되었습니다.
웰컴키트를 위한 그래픽은 ‘re-duce / re-use / re-cycle’의 컨셉으로 순환되는 화살표의 형태로 개발되었습니다. 기업의 나비 심볼도 순환하는 화살표로 변하고, 5개의 핵심가치 또한 각각의 심볼을 가집니다.
패키지에 사용된 모든 종이는 친환경 재생지로, 패키지 엣지에 레드와 오렌지의 기업 컬러가 사용되었습니다.
구성품은 2개의 서류함으로 변하는 패키지, 커피찌거기로 만들어진 휴대용 텀블러와 자연분해되는 펜, 재생지로 만들어진 노트, 명함 지갑, 상태표지카드와 폴더, 100% 면으로 만들어진 파우치와 5개의 핵심가치로 만들어진 리무버블 스티커로 구성되었습니다.

The welcome kit is designed to give new employees a sense of pride in being part of a company that pursues social values.
The welcome kit consisted of 5 components that represented the company's 5 core values and 3 stationery items that would be needed to start life at the company.
The graphic for the welcome kit was designed in the form of a circular arrow with the concept of 'reduce / reuse / re-cycle'.
The company's butterfly symbol also turns into a circular arrow, and the five core values also have their own symbols.
All the paper used in the package is eco-friendly recycled, and the corporate colors of red and orange are used on the edges of the package. The components include a package that converts into two filing cabinets, a portable tumbler and biodegradable pen made of coffee grounds, a notebook made of recycled paper, a business card wallet, a status card and folder, a pouch made of 100% cotton, and removable stickers of the five core values.
